Camp Valaqua "Camp Valaqua is dedicated to proclaiming the Good News that God is the Creator, we are God's people, and the earth is placed in our hands as a gift and a trust."

Camp Valaqua offers a wholistic Christian ministry centred around the teachings of Jesus Christ. Our children's summer camp program provides a place where campers can experience God through worship, recreation, and interaction with others in a beautiful natural setting.

Our modern lodge and facilities are open to year-round rental for groups up to 120. The rustic Faith Retreat cabin is also avaliable for rental groups under 10.

Mennonite Historical Society of Alberta

The MHSA has been in existence formally since 1986, collecting and preserving materials related to Alberta Mennonites' history.

The MHSA Library and Archives is staffed and open to researchers and visitors every Saturday (10am - 4:00pm). A volunteer will be on hand to provide reference assistance while continuing the work of administering and preserving the collection of materials, as well as working on translation, transcription and extraction projects.
